Don’t let anyone or anything sabotage your pipeline of positives. It has to be kept pumping!
Your pipeline has to be kept in active service because it’s keeping all the gas rings burning bright.
This means that it needs plenty of maintenance! It can’t just be left to its own devices, that’s not how it works.
Things get into the pipeline and this will inevitably interrupt the flow.
Flush out all the glop, guck, grot, gunge and gunk from your timelines and let the positives flow freely.
Remember, there are people out there determined to blow up your pipeline with negative comments, bad mouthing and trash talk.
We don’t want that.
All this mental muck can build-up and this can make your mindset go all cloudy.
If these aren’t flushed out forthwith then in many cases, these can collect together into a fatberg of funk and that can be fatal to your thinking because this is full of toxins.
Having a basic pipeline awareness is essential if you want to keep on top of things.
Daily pipeline flushing is recommended to ensure positive energy doesn’t get blocked and this will help to maintain the interior quality of your thinking. It’s all part of good mental housekeeping.
An example of a good flush would be to go for at least a 60 minute walk in the fresh air. That always clears the pipes!
Another example would be to spend time socialising with other positive people. Sometimes all it takes is a simple conversation with a like-minded friend to help wash away the gloop.
Flushing is a necessary job for maintaining your positive thinking and the quality of the thoughts within your mindset. It helps dilute and remove various cognitive distortions such as catastrophising, blaming, jumping to conclusions and overgeneralisation.
One of the greatest threats to our pipeline of positives is self-sabotage.
You might unconsciously be contributing to the ineffectiveness of your own pipeline by allowing negativity to build-up unchallenged.
You could even be actively conspiring against your self by being full aware of what you are doing and talking yourself down. You might be suffering from imposter syndrome, procrastinating or just giving yourself a really hard time for no good reason.
Stop this rubbish talk and keep focused on your own self-care.
Keeping your pipeline flowing with positives and free from toxins will ensure that you are cooking with gas!
