Looking out the window this morning at the freezing fog had 5 miles written all over it. So that's what we did all before 8am too and it was glorious! Give it some beans!

Your mission when you go out today: fill the stage and dazzle your audience. That's all you have to do!

Positivity in the face of adversity. Hope in the face of adversity. Smile in the face of adversity. Repeat as required.

Training for my next treatment is relentless - no days off. I impose this regime on myself to be ready and to give myself every fighting chance that immunotherapy has the best bodily environment to work. It's a question of survival so no short cuts or excuses!
