Training for my next treatment is relentless - no days off. I impose this regime on myself to be ready and to give myself every fighting chance that immunotherapy has the best bodily environment to work. It's a question of survival so no short cuts or excuses!

A solid spirit + a solid heart + solid effort = solid gold. Be rock solid today and keep rockin'!

I was flagging a bit this morning so had to find another gear and keep the momentum. If your flag starts to flag, raise your standard.

Being someone with an incurable cancer diagnosis is like waiting in the airport departure lounge. Don't tell anyone, but I'm refusing to sit in there and so have gone to have a good poke around the duty-free. If they call my name I'm not coming. I don't care if I miss my flight!
