There are lots of things that you can donate.

Money is the obvious one. A philanthropic act works wonders and you don’t need to be a billionaire to make a difference.

Then there is time. You can donate that through volunteering and helping others. That really makes a difference.

You can donate your clothes, books, toys, furniture and bric-à-brac to charities and help them raise funds.

Then there’s bits of you that you can donate such as blood, organs and sperm, donations that literally save lives and make lives.

But there are others ‘life savers’ you can donate. Donating a smile is surely one of the simplest contributions we can share with the world.

These are the things that will have a huge impact on someone’s state of mind and way of thinking. You can’t touch them but they definitely touch people when they are donated.

Have you ever thought about donating your optimism, your kindness and your spirit?

What about donating your courage and strength?

Just think how far a donation of hope would go.

Donate a few positive words to someone and see what that can do for them. It will work wonders!

Gifting optimism, courage, hope and positivity to others makes an enormous difference. It can be life-changing and more so than money ever will.

Gifting resilience, persistence, determination and adaptability can transform the way other people approach their whole life’s mission.

Gifting ambition, confidence, bravery, and curiosity can overhaul someone’s outlook and help them face their fears and overcome their insecurities.

We can donate these abstract traits by sharing our own energy, strategies, techniques and passions in order to help others remodel, revamp and revolutionise their own thinking.

Donating the untouchable human qualities is one of the most powerful gifts you can give.

If someone is down on their luck and short on optimism, then we can give them the lift they need to get back on their feet. How? By talking them up, reminding them just how good they are, helping them look forward to the future and giving them hope.

Personality traits and personal values are important psychological characteristics that can often get bruised, battered and twisted in the course of everyday living. It’s the way of things.

This is why we must donate the positive traits that we have so we can help build each other up and flourish together, not tear each other apart.

Donating mental wealth is important for the planet. No one should be charging a fee for this and making money out of the circumstances and misfortunes of others.

When you donate some of your mental wealth then you are making an impact and making a difference. It strengthens relationships and faith in each other. It makes you and others feel good.

We can positively influence how others think, feel and behave by donating what we can and being a source of encouragement and hope. Happiness is the happy mess of emotional energy working as a force for good.

When you donate some of your mental wealth to others then you are multiplying optimism by a scale factor of 10, supersizing hope and jumboizing positivity.
